The subject of this calls for an expression of interest from local self-government units for co-financing to encourage the development of Broadband access in those areas where there is no sufficient commercial interest for investments, co-financing of local self-government units for the purpose of updating and revising broadband Internet development projects after a certain period of time and holding a new public hearing.
Beneficiaries of co-financing are local government units, cities and municipalities, which ensure
budget funds and with the procurement plan, the procurement of audit services and implement the procurement procedure for the creation of:
– Feasibility studies of the broadband internet infrastructure development project;
– Initial versions of the Broadband Infrastructure Development Plan if a new LGU with a larger area is added;
– Preliminary confirmations from HAKOM after the initial version;
– Conducting a public hearing;
– Development of the final version of the Broadband Infrastructure Development Plan in preparation for financing from EU funds.
It is necessary to submit:
– Request for co-financing;
– A copy of the cooperation agreement between local government units for their area of the Broadband Internet Development Plan;
– Excerpt from the procurement plan of the local government unit of the project owner;
– Copy of the decision on the selection of the consultant / developer of the local government unit / project holder;
– Copy of the Contract with the selected consultant/developer;
The individual amount of support according to the requests received is coordinated with the funds of the budget for broadband Internet, the number of requests and invoices received, and a maximum of 90% of the funds paid by the Project Holder to the consultant / developer.
The deadline for submitting an application is 30 days from the date of publication of the invitation on the Internet pages of the Split-Dalmatia County (published on September 5, 2022).
