Article 21 of the Act on the Fund for Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency (&#8220;Official Gazette&#8221; No. 107\/03 and 144\/12). item 1. subparagraph 9. in connection with the provision of Article 67. of the Statute of the Fund (&#8220;Official Gazette&#8221; number 193\/03, 73\/04, 116\/08, 101\/09, 118\/11, 67\/13, 70\/14, 155\/14 &#8211; consolidated text) and based on the Decision of the Management Board on Annual program of public invitations and tenders from 4.
