Instructions for exercising the right to access information<\/h2><\/div>

A request for exercising the right to access and reuse information can be submitted: <\/span><\/p>\n

in writing – with the indication “Request for access to information” to the address:<\/span><\/p>\n

by e-mail to: __________<\/p>\n

in person on the record at the DEA premises from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

In accordance with the Law on the Right to Access to Information, the written request must contain:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • name and headquarters of the public authority to which the request is submitted<\/li>\n
  • data that are important for identifying the requested information<\/li>\n
  • name, surname and address of the natural person requesting the company, or the name of the legal person requesting the company and its registered office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The applicant is not obliged to state the reasons for requesting access to information.<\/em><\/p>\n

    We will forward the response to your oral or written request for the right to access information within the legally prescribed period of 15 days from the date of submission of the request.<\/p>\n

    DEA has the right to compensation for the actual material costs incurred by providing information to the user of the right to access and reuse information, as well as compensation for the costs of delivering the requested information.<\/p>\n
