PUBLIC CALL SUBJECT: Energy renovation of family houses that were not damaged in the earthquake.

Who can apply? Natural persons, citizens, (co)owners of a family home with residence at the address of the family home.

Family houses whose energy renovation is encouraged as part of the Call must be energy certified1 and of the energy class (according to the annual required thermal energy for heating, QH,nd):

D or worse in continental Croatia or C or worse in coastal Croatia, in case of implementation of activities A1 or A2,
C or better in continental Croatia or B or better in coastal Croatia, in case of implementation of activity A3.

WHAT ARE ACCEPTABLE ACTIVITIES?

Activity A1 – Complete energy renovation: Execution of works on the outer envelope, in combination with systems for the use of renewable energy sources.

– works on thermal insulation of external walls, roof, ceiling, floor, etc.,

– works on the replacement of external carpentry.

Maximum amount and intensity of co-financing of this type of activity in the 2021 call: HRK 204,000.00, 60%

Activity A2 – Renewal of the outer envelope: Execution of works on the outer envelope of the family house.

– works on installation of heat pumps for domestic hot water heating and space heating or for domestic hot water heating and space heating and cooling,

– works on systems with solar thermal collectors,

– works on the installation of wood chip/pellet boilers or pyrolytic wood boilers for space heating or space and domestic hot water.

Maximum amount and intensity of co-financing of this type of activity in the 2021 call: HRK 120,000.00, 60%.

Activity A3 – Installation of a system for the use of OiE: Installation of a system for the use of renewable energy sources.

– works on the construction of a photovoltaic power plant for the production of electricity for own consumption, in independent (off grid) or network operation

– up to 80% of justified costs, i.e. a maximum of HRK 73,000.00 in areas

of special state concern and the first group of islands,

– up to 60% of justified costs, i.e. a maximum of HRK 54,750.00 for mountain-

mountainous areas and another group of islands,

– up to 40% of justified costs, i.e. a maximum of HRK 36,500.00 for others

areas of the Republic of Croatia
